Prayer - trophy heads not shown #132

Extra trophy heads can also be sacrificed to the altar.

They're all 2.5k xp, except Vorkath which is 1k xp. Crawling hand Cockatrice head Basilisk head Kurask head Abyssal head KBD heads KQ head Vokath's head Hydra heads Tattered KQ head do not count

I do not have the following on my account so I couldn't fully test this. These may not work properly, if so please let me know as there's multiple item IDs with the same name for these.
