Scaly blue dragonhide #155

Lantadyme potion (unf) needs Dragon scale dust, but the plugin also counts Blue dragon scale. However it does not count Scaly blue dragonhide, which can be turned into 50 Blue dragon scale. It would be nice to see how many Dragon scale dust I can obtain from just the items already banked and how many Scaly blue dragonhide I would still need without moving to a non-chest bank to process them.

@TheStonedTurtle I'd like to attempt this, as my first contribution, if you are happy for me to have a crack in a PR? I'm looking to learn a bit of Java and get familiar with runelite/plugin contribution.
