add log burning for buying Firemaking for those not wanting to do wintertodt maybe magic as well for high alching and superheat and other useful spells based on runes not provided by staves

I have added the Firemaking skill in commit 71505c1.

I will leave this issue open in case anyone else wants to tackle the magic skill.
