Improve Russian speech files #139

Russian language pack is quite complete, but has several audio lines which sound poor. For example the GLA Worker is bad. We could try identify all bad unit sounds and try to re-record new lines and replace them to make the Russian speech version more worthwhile.

  1. Listen to Units and Generals and note all voice overs that could be better
  2. Get some Russian community members with decent microphone + voice to redo the voice overs
