Unused units are missing art and audio while being accessible through worldbuilder. #162

A list of units that require missing resources/code is needed.

Here are the cameos I've noticed:

Chain Guns upgrade cameo for Helix and Overlord. Patriotism upgrade cameo for Tank Hunter. Anthrax Gamma upgrade cameo for Toxin Marauder. Gamma Toxins upgrade cameo for Toxin RPG Trooper. Gamma Toxins upgrade cameo for Toxin Stinger Site. Primary display cameo for Spectre Gunship.

Are you sure the upgrades specified actually affect these units?

Militia Tank - missing voice. No icon. Used Nod Scorpion tank VO from C&C3 and ROTR Militia Tank cameo in casino.

UN Humvee - missing voice. No moving sound. Command Set contains drones, though cannot build drones because of missing module (either add modules or remove drones from the set). Used ROTR ATV VO and custom cameo made by gr!n.

Guardian Drone - missing voice (re-use Sentry Drone maybe?). No Command Set. No icon. Drone uses weird locomotor and turret doesn't move.

Laser Paladin - unique Laser Paladin voice set has to be created from existing files. Unique cameo by gr!n has to be applied

USA Drones - Scout Drone, Hellfire Drone, Battle Drone, SWG Point Defence Drone - missing command sets and voice.

AmphibiousTransport - missing voice and icon.

CabooseFullOfTerrorists - holds 10 terrorists inside, but cannot evac them. Has to be destroyed to release them. Fixing it and maybe adding self-destruct option would be nice.

CINE_CarLuxury03XXX - I don't know who and why created it, but this things needs vision range so it could be used as scout. (same goes for all Civilian Transport - they don't have vision range so normal civilian car transfered to the player cannot see in fog of war and eventually gets lost. I'm not asking to add vision to all cars though)

Civilian -> Infantry -> Partisan01-03 - missing icon, voice, command set, weapon, animations. But would be cool if those guys were re-activated.

AmericaVehicleRepairDrone - same as Guardian Drone, but also missing any healing effect.

CINE_U06_CruiseMissileFLY - the geometry is so small you barely can select it. Also it reacts on Q-select and W-select. Uses MiG VO for some reason.

OPTIONAL: Add special select sound for AsianNightClub. Something like casino ambient. In Russian localization this meme can be applied as an easter egg (with small chance of playing)
