Victory, Gameover, Defeat window has random timeout duration #1876

Victory, Gameover, Defeat window has random timeout duration. Sometimes it takes way too long to finish. Ideally it takes a predictable fixed time to conclude the match.

Maybe we can also disable scoring once one of these popups is displayed so the info on the final scoreboard is more accurate (units produced / cash collected). There is a script solution called "Disable scoring".

Sometimes the game fast-forwards when the victory/defeat window pops up. Despite showing a lot of frames, it still takes ages for the scorescreen to show. So not 100% sure about it.

This fast-forward thing could be FPS bound though? Does it ever happen when you have your frames limited to 30?

It becomes fast when you're the last player in the game, and from then it follows the same route as the Skirmish one, with High FPS comes fast game speed

I think it also happens when you press exit but not fast enough for it to get you out so you're left with a fast pace as well, i think that just disconnects you from other players in the room which again causes the speedy gameplay
