There're many of these issues that need documentation, and fixing.

I think you should start by looking at Advanced AI mod first, I'm sure they fixed all these issues, it would give you a jumpstart to finish these quicker

~~Unless they meticulously documented the issues already, I don't see what I could possibly learn from that. I'm not trying to write a mastermind AI like Adv AI mod, I'm trying to first figure out what's wrong with the base game AI. I can only learn about that by looking at the base game AI.~~
