Issue Description Wind sounds will crackle when scrolling. This does not happen in other maps, such as Echo ZH, which also has winds.

Expected behavior Wind sounds ease in and out smoothly.

I have lowered the range and sound.

Some jumped in with the level of 110, while others have 60 only.

I deleted some as well. Wondering as that's the same issue like in the original one.
