About The Pull Request
This allows mentors to start a mentor-help "ticket" with players by themselves, without player using mhelp before-hand.
Function might not work properly, but this appears to be a local issue which was probably caused by having only 1 player on the server.
Consider test-merging it, so I would be able to fix any possible issues.
Why It's Good For The Game
Sometimes people don't even know how to use mhelp verb.
This allows mentors to help in serious cases of fluke ops that didn't change helmet to EVA mode, infiltrators that can't activate the jetpack or wizards that don't know how to teleport to the station.
