Can Foundation for Apps Use the Same Themes was Foundation? #4

It was unclear whether Foundation for Apps was compatible with all or some of the themes used for regular Foundation.

It doesn't matter a lot right now, in that we can just grab the pieces we care about. But, it might help in the future if we can just let users drop in their own themes.

@drernie I actually found almost nothing when I went looking for foundation themes. I found a few premium options, but I don't think we (or our customers) would get their money's worth paying for them. All it would really change is button styles, fonts, and colors. We can build a simple theme customizer and sell it as a feature. Or to start, we can just include some CSS styles with the kiosk description JSON

Ah. Cool, then we can probably build our own 'themes' as CoffeeScript dictionaries of common settings.
