Render.Yaml file is missing #2

The title says it all. I can't deploy it to onrender because the render.yaml file is missing. Also, what's the build command?

Nor can I deploy to Cyclic.sh because there is no Package.json file.

sorry, i really only had vercel, netlify, cloudflare pages, etc in mind.
