"Different School" is not implemented

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Adding "Different School" to a character does not change their school 
options.

What is the expected output?
The selection of schools should be expanded to all clan schools.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.6, Win7x64

actually it is, just not that way. You are prompted to choose a different 
school each time you advance in your rank.

I'm talking about Different School, not Multiple Schools. I can see you can 
change your schools when you rank up, but Different School should let you 
/start/ in a school from a different Clan, instead of having to change it at r2 
or more.

If this functionality is there, I can't find it.

Now I understand. I'm positive you can do that by "unlocking" the schools from 
the "Rules" menu'.

So select a clan and a family then unlock the schools and select any school.
