Kuni Witch Hunter School and kiho

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select character as a crab, Kuni Witch Hunter School
2. Try to select a kiho
3. No one selectable

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Is we apply the optional non-brotherhood kiho rule, Kuni Witch Hunters, marked 
as monks in Great Clans book, should be abled to buy it paying 1.5 times the 
cost.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows 7, l5rcm 3.6 with core_data 3.4 and community 1.0

Please provide any additional information below.
IIn the crab_schools.xml, Kuni Witch Hunters are tagged as bushi, and it should 
be tagged as monk (Great Clans p.40).

Thank you for the report. This should be fixed with version 3.7.0 and Great 
Clans pack 1.0
