Data: Defender of the Wall Advanced Path and Reduction

Defender of the Wall's second technique grants a Reduction of 8 which stacks 
with all other sources. This does not appear to be implemented.

I figured out how to look at the data, and tried to compare it to the Hida 
Bushi's second Technique which grants Reduction equal to the Earth ring (which 
works correctly), however I could see no apparent mention of this in the 
school's data on the technique. Is it kept in some other data file, or is it 
hard-coded?

Hida Bushi second technique is hard coded for historical reason. However I 
decided not to hardcode all the new school technique because it would bloat the 
code and too much work.

For that reason the "Modifiers" tab was created. It should be possible to add a 
rule to add reduction (Armor RD) to your character and specify the "Defender of 
the Wall's 2nd Tech" as the reason.
