Add Tattoos

I have added some tattoos to the choices for monks. I have not looked into the 
way to make Tattoos that are allowed only by specific groups (not sure how to 
tag that of if it is supported) I did put in the descriptions if they are used 
by a group. 
I placed the Tattoos at the bottom of the list so that people would we able to 
see what I added from what has already been in the program. 

If it matters I am using EditPad Pro for the XML writing.

Thanks for your efforts :)
Sadly for the time being you can only get tattoos on members of the Togashi 
Tattooed Order.

I plan to add support for tattoo on other schools with the upcoming version of 
the program.

Forgot to Ask. did you include all teh tatto's a Typed out in the 1 Pack or did 
You Seperate them to their According Books?

If I remember well I only added the Core Book's ones ( in the core pack ).
These I don't know where they belong :D If it's a mixmatch of various book I'll 
just include them in the community pack.
