Dice Roller should have an option for Keep Low #197

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Open Dice Roller
2. Roll 4K3 Dice
3. Look at results

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Option to Keep High or Keep Low rolls
Observed: High Rolls are kept

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.9 on Win7

Please provide any additional information below.
Sometimes you want to roll low (like on non-lethal damage), so having a box or 
radial that lets you choose to keep low dice would be a nice upgrade. Not 
necessary, since we can do the math ourselves.
