Kitsuki Debater alt-path not available ( due to bad requirements )

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. creating a kitsuki investigator character
2. try selecting the emphasis 'Conversation' for the etiquette skill as 
required by the kitsuki debater alternate path
3. at school rank 3 choose kitsuki debater alternate path

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the mark for the prerequisite for the Kitsuki Debater Alternate Path should be 
checked, and the alternate path available

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 3.9.1 on windows vista

Please provide any additional information below.
seems like since Kitsuki automatically have at character creation another 
emphasis at the etiquette skill (Courtesy) the required emphasis cannot be 
considered by the program

Thanks for the report, I found the bug and it was caused by a typo in the XML.
Great Pack clan 1.3 should address this issue.
