Missing Alternate Path: Isawa Tensai #213

I am using Version 3.9.3, Core Book Data Pack version 4.2

I  have made sure that all prerequisites are met(Spellcraft 3, Lore (Elements) 
3 ). When I go to advance and pick the new school for the
alternate path, no method(all schools selected, just alternate paths,
all selected under Phoenix Clan tab) bring up the Isawa Tensai alternate
path for the Isawa Shugenja.
