Missing Alternate Path: Lioness Legion

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create Matsu Berserker
2. Ensure Pre-reqs are met (Athletics: 3) 
3. Advance to IR2 and select just join a new school.
4. Select Alternate Paths for the Lion.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected Output: Option to join Lioness Legion.
Current Output: Option to join Lioness Legion is not present.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- L5R CM 3.9.3 with Strongholds 1.0 Datapack (All current datapacks) on Windows 
7 Professional.

Since i'm Unemployed, i'm going to Overhaul and Find all the Missing
