Add Flat Damage Modificator #223

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a flat Damage Roll Modificator (ex. +5 instead +1k0) to a weapon
2. In Weapons Tab, the modificator don't appear in the field "Mod. DMG Roll"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

XkY+5 instead XkY

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3.9.3
Windows 7 (64 bits)

Please provide any additional information below.

The Damage Roll Modificator works well if you add a "dice" (1k0, 0k1, etc.) but 
not a flat number (1, 2, 3, etc.)

try adding 0k0 + 5, does it work?

"0k0+5" is changed to "+5"

Moreover, if I add a +X bonus in Weapon Table, can't click accept button.
