Adding Spell/Technique Descriptions #238

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. If you attempt to edit the information for techniques or spells within the 
generator, there is no option to do so.
2. On the PDF of a character sheet, you cannot edit those fields either.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Given that you can add 
notes to Advantages, Disadvantages, Custom Weapons, etc., I would really like 
to be able to put the spell/technique information somewhere so that I can 
reference it more easily.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? v3.9.3 on 
Windows 7 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.

This was implemented in version 3.9.4; you cannot add notes to the spells but 
you can have full description now.
