[patch] Clear inflicted wounds #239

Bug in display_total_wounds:

Inflicted wounds cannot be cleared from the display. They are correctly tracked 
when a negative number is provided to the "Cure/Inflict Damage..." prompt, but 
no wound box can ever be blank again once it has displayed a number.

Need to set the text to "" in cases where that box doesn't have anything to 
display.
