(Minor Issue) Choosing Weakness (Trait) does not actually drop the Trait's value

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a character
2. Go to Advantages/Disadvantages
3. Choose Weakness (Trait)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When you choose weakness (Trait) it should drop that trait by 1 full rank (e.g. 
if your intelligence is at 2 and your choose Weakness (Intelligence) it should 
drop to 1).  Currently, this changes is not reflected in the Trait and it does 
not drop.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V2.1 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
