I'm almost certain this bug isnt Compression's fault since I've seen it in combination with another mod (details http://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/ae2-ee3-emc-add-on/issues/949). I'm reporting it since Highlands looks abandoned on 1.7.10 and I'm sure some people who want to use Compression will be using Highlands and you might be able to code around the crash?

To replicate, install Highlands (1.7.2-v2.2.3), Origin (1.7.10-7.1.0) and Compression (1.7.10-0.0.4). Start MC, Crash.
Thanks.
