create-package.sh fails as Pushd & Popd not in BusyBox v1.24.2 on Kerlink System v3.1 #61

Busybox bash doesn't implement pushd & popd, so Kerlink TTN v2.0.2 install script fails to create the Dota file, not 100% sure but I think it fails to cleanup tmp as well, leading to out-of-space errors.
