This is a question regarding the ADR behaviour of Elsys devices connected to the TTN.

Observed Issue ADR does not behave correctly for some devices by Elsys (@PriyankaGarg28: Please elaborate in the comments what is meant by incorrect behavior)

Analysis Methodology/steps to be taken Test Elsys ADR in a controlled environment

Run a local NS
Configure 2 Devices with new Keys (App EUIs and App Keys)
Configure gateways to route the data from the devices to the local NS
Take the logs from the NS Backend to debug

Conclusions:

The devices send Join messages too frequently which takes up a lot of the duty-cycle and this prevents ADR MAC downlinks from being transmitted.
