Provide 'copy to clipboard' on the trace trail of a message #704

It is sometimes desirable to copy the trace trail of a message off the console and paste it into, well, a github issue report. This will make it easier to report issues.

Won't do this in v2; we may consider it for v3, although there we'll likely have a different tracing mechanism.
