Summary:

This adds an example multi-threaded application of FreeRTOS and LoRaWAN. Closes #81

All technical debt is traced in the umbrella issue #99

Changes:

lib: Support configurable BSP IRQs
lib: Add application layer notification to Radio driver
lib: Restructure utils to support OS tools
lib: Add FreeRTOS-LoRaWAN application support utilities
lib: Add FreeRTOS LoRaWAN application abstraction layer
app: Add a multithread FreeRTOS LoRaWAN application

Notes for Reviewers:

I tested and it seems functional, and could be improved as we go, but I think this is a good start.
