Schematics needed minor updates and the BOM files need to be up to date with the current HW version. Since we're sharing the sch and pcb files already, anyone can extract BOM info from them. We might as well keep the BOM files up to date with the design files.

Fixed STM32WLxx part number for dual-core version
Minor fix to the contribution guideline.
Notes for Reviewers:
The BOM info was hidden inside the schematics file and simple BOM extraction with KiCAD can yield a similar result. This would make the community users life much easier.
