Summary:

This adds a basic into log like below, for all applications.

 *********> Running GNSE basic_freertos app <********

Closes #199

Changes:

Add app info API and create a common API structure
Improve CMAKE build system and adapt for new common app APIs
Add STM32CubeIDE support for common app APIs and app name
Add app info log for all applications

Notes for Reviewers:

Tested on Mac OS, but I would appreciate it if we can also confirm build on Windows
