Summary:

Add Battery Holder Schematics and PCB files for the next version (v2.0.2) of the Generic Node. Closes #58 References to #44

Changes:

Battery Holder is separated from the main PCB. It is now placed on a secondary PCB to make the design more modular and interoperable with other types of batteries.
Lower profile and slimmer clips were used to be able to fit inside the BoLink enclosure.
Separate battery holder clip was added to firmly hold the batteries against vibration.
Solder tabs and optional vertical JST-PH connector pads were added.

Notes for Reviewers:

After first DFM analysis, minor layout updates might be necessary for manufacturability.

Let's have the discussion in #62 Also shouldn't this commit be sch, doc instead of dev ,doc ? dev is mostly environment related like adding to a gitignore or cmake or IDE integration
