Update keywords, Update README, Update examples #54

Kept a single ABP sample
Renamed Downlink to Receive in line with other libraries and Send sample
Renamed Sensor examples to not repeat the word Sensor and Sample
Updated for latest API changes
Renamed buffer > payload in line with other libraries

Blocked by #39 and still to do final tests

@johanstokking the workshop example I think can be removed now we have Quick Start?
