I like how you summarised the families together.
In the opening paragraph you mention the LLCC68, but I don't see it being mentioned again in the content. Reading on the forum I see this is a stripped down sx126x. Maybe worth noting this down in this document, and mentioning the limitations and that it doesn't support all the datarates required for LoRaWAN. I checked datasheets for each one of these chips and found out that 90% of the info about chips from the same series is the same, so I aggregated the info to describe the whole series instead of chip by chip and just highlighted differences where they exist
