Documentation for base-frequency is incorrect #5

The README contains the following confusing/incorrect line:

base-frequency: 868      # Base frequency in MHz (433, 470, 860 or 915)

We should specify more clearly what the intention of this field is (I suspect hardware support?) and use appropriate values in the documentation of this field.
