In the plans for the AS/JP regions there are some discrepancies that this PR fixes.
For AS_920_923 the center frequency of radio 1 has been shifted by .1 MHz so it defined bands fit nicely in the antenna's range.
The same has been done for AS_923_925.
AS_920_923_TTN_JP_1 has been made to match the definition of AS_920_923 as far as channel assignment and frequency goes.
AS_920_923_TTN_JP_2 has it's FSK channel removed as there is no more space for it in the frequency space, this follows the examples of EU-433 and the US/AU bands. In addition the standard channel has been shifted so it falls nicely in the available frequency space.
AS_920_923_TTN_JP_3 underwent the same procedure as AS_920_923_TTN_JP_2 except for the fact that the frequency of radio 1 is shifted instead of the standard frequency.
