Firmware compile instructions #2

Did a successful compile using these steps I figured out by trial and error.

Thanks @cyberjunky. We have a README in the firmware folder that is supposed to contain this information.

Can you check https://github.com/TheThingsProducts/gateway/tree/master/firmware and file a PR for that file if things are not complete? I can see the value of adding download links, for example.
