[FEATURE] Add T6E/S6E presence sensor support to MQTT #89

The T6E/S6E, etc. wall switches (android version) have a presence sensor; this isn't one of the sensor types currently supported or published via MQTT, but would be awesome if it was.

Note: The proximity sensor is working with the (now defunct) Automagic (see here, if that helps).
