Make the necessary changes to include ooniprobe v2.0.0-alpha that will be later upgraded to the release v2.

We have decided to add ooniprobe v2.0.0-rc.2 in 0.3.0 and make a new lepidopter release when the ooniprobe stable v2 is out.
