Hi Sheldon, HistoricalPredictionLibrary.java is not in the develop branch and is not used in the Kalman filter implementation on the develop branch. I intend revising the instrumentation included here in the corresponding methods in the develop branch so will delete this file for the moment. Cheers, Sean.
