Did some cleanup while at it on the classes I touched. Projectiles fired by the Wither aren't skinned with the player head yet but you should be able to just take the stuff from the wither rendering and apply it there.
Also added IntelliJ files to .gitignore and added that "normal wither => Withercrumbs" option Darkosto asked for.
