On the Latest Stories block at the bottom of the page, some pages don't show the header. E.g.: http://thetyee.github.io/design-article.thetyee.ca/library
Other pages do show the header: http://thetyee.github.io/design-article.thetyee.ca/
I think this is because the header is coded in the _layouts rather than being part of the Latest Stories block itself.
