Bazarr Integrations #2

Bazarr Integration like a force searching or something. For like ever x minutes or hours It will search for newly added files after getting the info from sonarr/radarr or sonarrx/Radarrx

Bazarr has currently no API to interact with. According a post on the projects bountysource page https://www.bountysource.com/issues/86518424-api-for-bazarr this will be added in the future.
