Finished Teles and added some Upgrades to WWs

Hey, again I appreciate the time to supply Teleports, and other things. My only comment will be i'll eventually split the weapons into upgraded weapons, and normal weapons, as iirc several of the stringnames I don't have are different than just adding upgraded to them, but for now this should be fine. Nice work!
