Add Translations Portuguese-BR;
Add More Translations; (DA, DE, ES, FI, SE, PL, HU, NL and other languages)

Other translations were picked up on the official AlliedModders thread that users shared.

I removed all the 3rd-party translations from the repository since they created a barrier to updating the plugin. I also can't verify their accuracy.
