I changed the vignette/TESS function docs to make it clear projected coordinates should be used for kriging. I also made some minor changes to the TESS functions to get rid of some annoying messages. These changes need to be checked over really carefully because they could easily cause side effects.

Also these tests will fail until #65 is merged into it because the getData() function is deprecated/can't pull from the link
