Losing photos on site screen if app is closed #108

Given I have a new survey open at the site details screen When I add a site photo Then I exit the app And I reopen the app And I select start survey Then the last incomplete survey is displayed And there is no longer any site photo

Expection: the previous photo taken should still be visible.
