Create interface for User_Customer SoftLayer service api #35

Adds a GetUsers() method to the account service
Fixes errors in the fake client module, so that we can run tests on the services module.
Adds a User_Customer service abstraction with a couple of api auth key methods (add key and get key).
Includes unit tests

@danielcbright FYI, you can run the services tests with ginkgo -r -p -v services

@renier sorry, I had run the tests a few days ago and forgot to update this PR, 👍 LGTM! Question though, we're going to also merge this back into master right?
