For future addressing: When we last left off with testing Experimental Settings, these were our observations:
Client: False/False
Server: False or True/True
When I turn on snow... it appears to snow, but no tiles get placed.... if I relog... it's no longer snowing on the server (that's weird)... then when I toggledownfall again, it snows for real this time
These results kinda feel to me like the client and server aren't synced in some way, or something.
