Is this mod from nandonalt ?

This mod was originally by Nandonalt, yes, and was picked up by RAWRMaD until MC 1.2.3 I think it was. I then ported to 1.2.5, merged the two together (Nandonalt's and RAWRMaD's - they both had their advantages), and expanded it from there. I stepped away from the mod making scene for a while, which left The Seasons Mod at MC 1.8.9. I've come back to modding recently, but there's too much to catch up on for now...

My main question I have, is there a 1.6.4 version of it available?

I keep all non-critically broken builds on my Dropbox, even after coming out with newer builds for the same Minecraft version... looks like v1.15.1 was the last build I made for MC 1.6.4 v1.15.1: https://www.dropbox.com/s/uwx4rt5qa60yo7o/%5B1.6.4%5DSeasons_Mod_v1.15.1.zip?dl=0 The mod file is contained inside the download zip, as the loader at that time requires a different file extension and some browsers would auto-rename the extension otherwise. Extract the '.wpm' file to the mods folder. This was also the last version that used my absolute garbage 'WPML'... Based on my folder naming, if you plan to use this alongside GregTech but not Thaumcraft, I have a patch for that here: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/np9s8qgc22mgm40gcr7na/ThaumcraftApi-0.0.5-for-3.0.4b-compiled.zip?rlkey=gvgo45cicnqgop8358lwq5bdc&dl=0 (folder in Dropbox was named "Seasons+GregTech -Thaumcraft crashfix" and the only subfolder inside said it was for 1.6.4.

Know what? How about I share the release folder for all my TSM builds here, while at it, which includes the no-longer-available dependencies the later builds would try to download from their original author -- sorry, Apache, but I had assumed back then I would always have tons of time available to fix my code from your version updates, but didn't. (note - not all versions had this dependency) https://www.dropbox.com/home/Seasons%20Mod%20releases

versions from before I used Dropbox aren't on said Dropbox - MC1.2.5 through MC 1.4.7.

And besides this would it be possible for the mod to destroy the tall grass foliage during winter or have it not float on top of them (like delete it or have it not place any snow layers)?
