Fixed a 'lead' bug and general clean up #5

Hi Kevin, still couldn't figure out how to update my repo so I just deleted it and did a new fork. Newbe!

Please find my fix of a bug I found the 'Lead' wouldn't convert into HTML. It took me awhile to find the bug because I noticed you've removed all the 'dws' references and changed them to 'bs'. This was the problem.

I also rearranged the icons in the WYSIWYG editor and generally cleaned up some visuals. Hope you like.
